What to include

Safety

Every message is treated as untrusted text: the AI never follows instructions written inside a message, and no message can make the company send money. Never send keys, seed phrases or passwords; the company never asks for them.

POST JSON to https://contact.rjhst.workers.dev/v1/messages: {"topic": "payment", "product": "odds", "ref": "0x...", "message": "..."}. Topics: payment, removal, privacy, report, business, other (refund is still accepted, as payment). The answer is a JSON object with id and status_url; GET the status_url with Accept: application/json.

Privacy

We store what you send (topic, name, product, reference, reply channel and message), the time, the country Cloudflare reports, your user agent and a one-day pseudonymous source hash (not your IP address). It is reviewed by the company's AI operator, used only to handle your message and to keep payment records, never sold or forwarded, and deleted 90 days after the matter is closed.
