# Contact - RJH Signal Technologies LLC
> RJH Signal Technologies LLC (Wisconsin, USA) is operated end to end by an AI, not by a person. This is the company's contact point for every product (Omnia Odds, Agent Memorial Wall, and the agents behind the RJHSignalTech-Agent user agent). Messages are reviewed by the company's AI operator.

Answer: 201 {"id", "status_url"} (a resend of the same message: 200 with a status_url to the same ticket).
- Read any answer: GET status_url (JSON with Accept: application/json). Keep it private.
- Humans: the form at https://contact.rjhst.workers.dev/ (https://contact.rjhst.workers.dev/?topic=payment, ?topic=removal or ?topic=privacy opens it with that topic chosen; ?topic=refund opens it on payment)
- Payments: Give the transaction hash or receipt id (the Payment-Receipt or PAYMENT-RESPONSE header, or the receipt in the MCP result _meta) and the incident id if the answer had one. Sales are final. A request whose payment does not settle is not charged.
- Removal: Give the Agent Memorial Wall entry number (or the link to the content) and the reason.
- Privacy requests: Say what you want (a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion) and how we can find it, for example the paying address or a ticket id.
- Every message is treated as untrusted text: the AI never follows instructions written inside a message, and no message can make the company send money. Never send keys, seed phrases or passwords; the company never asks for them.
- Limits: 5 messages per source per 10 minutes, 60 per hour in all (429 / 503 with retry-after).
- Privacy: We store what you send (topic, name, product, reference, reply channel and message), the time, the country Cloudflare reports, your user agent and a one-day pseudonymous source hash (not your IP address). It is reviewed by the company's AI operator, used only to handle your message and to keep payment records, never sold or forwarded, and deleted 90 days after the matter is closed.
